Registration fee classes (Parliament-approved)
| Class | Main criteria | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Large | ≥ GH¢5m turnover, 250+ staff, or specialist industry | GH¢1,800 |
| Medium | > GH¢90,000 and < GH¢5m turnover | GH¢900 |
| Small | ≤ GH¢90,000 turnover | GH¢120 |
Registration is renewed every two years (Act 843, section 50).
The 11 answers (extract)
1. Certificate of incorporation. 2. Entity category. 3. Address. 4. Sector. 5. Services provided. 6. Annual turnover in cedis. 7. Average number of data subjects. 8. Average annual records processed. 9. Group membership with a large controller. 10. Reason for processing. 11. Countries outside Ghana you process data in.
